Due to the nature of the products that we sale for safety and sanitation purposes we do not accept returns exchange or refund unless we are at fault (example: shipping of incorrect products or products never shipped).

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Je T'adore Beauté, P.O. Box 1266, Hampton VA 23661 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items that cost over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
